Services is a brand new way for creatives to take control of their career opportunities. You can now showcase your offerings directly on your profile, making it clear what you do, how you can help, and how much you charge right from the start. This means you no longer have to wait for the perfect opportunity to appear on the Opportunities Board. Instead, clients and collaborators can find and book you directly for projects from your profile or the Explore Page, allowing you to secure more work on your own terms and increase your earning potential.

Explore Page

Our new Explore page makes discovering talent easier and smarter. Previously just a simple list of members, Explore is now a powerful search tool where you can filter creatives by region and skill set. For talent seekers, this means you can quickly find the right people for your projects. And for creatives, it’s another way to be found by potential clients who are actively looking to hire. Whether you’re building a team or seeking new collaborators, the new Explore page puts the creative community right at your fingertips.

Direct Messaging

Connecting with other creatives and collaborators is now faster and easier with Direct Messaging on NewComma. No more switching apps or losing momentum: you can now spark conversations, build relationships, and discuss opportunities directly within the platform. It’s a smoother, more integrated way to network and grow your creative connections, all in one place.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Our improved Applicant Tracking System gives you more control and visibility when hiring talent through NewComma. Whether you’re posting a one-off listing or using subscription credits for multiple listings, you now have access to deeper insights. Track everything from total applicants, page views, and spend per candidate, to listing expiry dates and where candidates are applying from. It’s a smarter, more transparent way to find and manage the right talent for your project or team.

Project Builder

The Project Builder has levelled up in a big way. You can now upload videos directly, adjust the corner radius on your images, and use new grid blocks to create dynamic layouts mixing images, text, and embeds. There are also more text formatting options, so your creative vision can shine through. Need to keep a project private? Now you can password-protect it or share a private link. Plus, you can tag collaborators to properly credit everyone involved — and with new comments on projects, it’s easier than ever to receive feedback and start conversations around your work.

Career Highlights

We’ve revamped the About section on your NewComma profile to better showcase your creative journey. You can now add a Quick Links section — like a link tree — where you highlight your portfolio, socials, store, and more. It’s an easy way for visitors to see your full creative footprint in one place, helping you present a stronger, more connected personal brand across the platforms that matter most to you.
